The Cultural Festival of Aliki

The Giorgos Konitopoulos Cultural Festival at Aliki on Paros has been held at the village for the past few years in late June.

It comprises a series of events dedicated to the great musician and composer of Greek folk music, who was creative and inspired in Aliki for much of his life.

The events aim to promote music and customs, and invites groups representing the different musical culture groups of Greece. The authentic sounds of the lute and the violin of Paros set the stage, and many established artists perform.
